    Schools on Wheels Backpack Drive

    The 9th Grade CE group is hosting a backpack drive for Schools on Wheels MA! We will be gathering supplies for these backpacks and including our own personal twist in the form of either a "Middle School Survival Guide" or thoughtfully curated Art lessons for the recipients to complete on their own. Please bring by any extra school supplies or backpacks that you may have!

    Zora Exhibit Opening: "Disparity: Minding the Gap"

    Cambridge Innovation Center

    The Zora Foundation will be hosting our Spring 2024 social justice art exhibition and programming titled  "Disparity: Minding the Gap," dedicated to combating the topic of economic disparity at the Cambridge Innovation Center. The opening reception of our gallery will be held on May 5 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., with a student panel at 2:45 p.m. Refreshments and games will be provided. The exhibit will be up until May 11. 

    Parking:
    Parking is extremely limited, we recommend taking the T. The Cambridge Innovation Center is right across the street from the Kendall Square train stop on the Red Line.

    CSW will provide transportation to and from the exhibition opening day on May 5.

    Heritage Fest

    This event showcases dances, musical performances, and other celebrated facets of our shared and different cultures. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend.

    BISC Virtual Fair

    Join us at the Boston Independent School Collaborative Virtual Fair!
    Hear a panel of Admissions Directors from 19 Boston-area Independent Schools talk about mission-driven education, high academic standards, individualized student experiences, educating the whole child, and other topics relevant to the applicant’s journey towards enrollment.

    State of the School Address

    Join Head of School Lise Charlier and senior administrators for a presentation reviewing highlights from the year so far and showcasing some of the exciting initiatives on deck for the future.

    Empty Bowls Event

    The CSW Community Service Committee invites you to attend Empty Bowls, a celebration of food, art, and community engagement! This event is open to the entire CSW Community - students, alums, parents and all who are connected to the school — so join us on campus and get in on the fun! All proceeds go to 
    There will be an on-site raffle as an additional fundraiser as well as entertainment by CSW students.

    Financial Aid 101

    Come learn about our financial aid partner College Aid Pro on Zoom. More importantly, gain insights into how financial aid works and begin to understand the important questions of this process. Are you eligible for financial aid? How much? What are the "Do's and Dont's" for navigating the aid process?

    This program is geared toward junior families.
