    Zora Exhibit Opening: "Disparity: Minding the Gap"

    The Zora Foundation will be hosting our Spring 2024 social justice art exhibition and programming titled  "Disparity: Minding the Gap," dedicated to combating the topic of economic disparity at the Cambridge Innovation Center. The opening reception of our gallery will be held on May 5 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., with a student panel at 2:45 p.m. Refreshments and games will be provided. The exhibit will be up until May 11. 

    Parking:
    Parking is extremely limited, we recommend taking the T. The Cambridge Innovation Center is right across the street from the Kendall Square train stop on the Red Line.

    CSW will provide transportation to and from the exhibition opening day on May 5.

    This event showcases dances, musical performances, and other celebrated facets of our shared and different cultures. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend.

    Empty Bowls Event

    The CSW Community Service Committee invites you to attend Empty Bowls, a celebration of food, art, and community engagement! This event is open to the entire CSW Community - students, alums, parents, and all who are connected to the school — so join us on campus and get in on the fun! All proceeds go to 
    There will be an on-site raffle as an additional fundraiser as well as entertainment by CSW students.

    Financial Aid 101

    Come learn the basics of Financial Aid from CSW partner College Aid Pro. This webinar will provide a foundation for navigating the financial aid landscape. Topics include the dos and don'ts of financial aid, updates on changes to the FAFSA process, exploring scholarship options and more. Participants will also get an introduction to the college financing, aid, and scholarship platform and its many resources. 
     
    Zoom registration is required. If you cannot attend live, you can still register and receive a recording of the presentation the next day. 
     
    As part of CSW’s partnership with College Aid Pro, families receive a free subscription to MyCAP. Sign up online (use coupon code CSW100) to begin accessing their budgeting, financial aid, and scholarship resources.

    11th Grade Pre-summer Parent Coffee with College Counseling

    Junior parents and guardians are invited to this year's Pre-Summer Coffee with College Counseling on Zoom. We will offer some brief updates on the college process and provide some "pre-summer" reminders for you and your students. Additionally, we will be joined by parents from the Class of 2024 who will offer some "parent to parent" advice on managing the college process with your child.

    The event will be recorded and posted on our MyCSW College Counseling 2025 Group Page.

    Alums, join the Ultimate Frisbee teams for a fun game of Ultimate! Faculty and staff are welcome to play or just hang out and catch up with former students. The game begins at 3:30 p.m. at the Athletic Fields. See you there!

    When Emma Nolan wants to bring her girlfriend to the High School Prom, the PTA cancels the dance to avoid any legal repercussions for preventing Emma from attending. Meanwhile, a Broadway production starring Barry Glickman and Dee Dee Allen closes early after a bad review in The New York Times. With their careers in decline, Barry, Dee Dee and their actor pals Trent and Angie go in search of a publicity stunt to regain their celebrity status. They choose Emma as their social justice cause celebre and travel to Indiana to save the Prom for James Madison High School and LGBTQIA+ students everywhere. But will they be able to change the community's hearts and minds?
