Greetings from the CSW Admissions Office!

Welcome to CSW! We are a gender-inclusive day and boarding school for grades 9-12, and a national leader in progressive education. Our community welcomes students of different races, genders, identities, cultures, and backgrounds to live out our values of inquiry-based learning, student agency, and embracing diverse perspectives.

Our Module System offers an unparalleled depth of 200+ academic and co-curricular offerings taught by expert faculty, giving each student the flexibility to put their time, effort, and passion into what matters most to them. Our students learn how to learn—discovering by doing, asking difficult questions, advocating for their ideas, taking creative risks—and then putting what they learn into action on our campus and beyond.

Social justice, equity, and belonging are at the core of our identity, which is why we introduced our first-of-its-kind social justice requirement. In the classroom, in the lab, in the studio, on the playing field—and everywhere in between—our students are challenged, inspired, and encouraged to use their voices for both self-expression and advocacy for others.

The skills and empathy our students develop here prepare them for distinctive futures as makers, innovators, leaders, and exceptional humans doing meaningful work in the world. CSW alumni can be found in every field and discipline, making their mark on the world with creativity, ingenuity, courage, and a deep commitment to living out their values.

We encourage you to visit campus to see — and feel — for yourself what makes CSW unique.

This admissions section will guide you through the application process, which includes submitting an inquiry, creating an online account, scheduling an interview, and submitting your application. If you have questions or would like to schedule an interview, please call the Admissions Office at 781-642-8650 or contact one of the members of our team.
