Interscholastic Sports

Follow Your CSW Teams!

Participation in interscholastic athletics helps students develop a healthy, competitive attitude, and gain a deeper understanding of mutual respect, collaboration, and the relationship of the individual to the community.

CSW offers many interscholastic sports, all of which emphasize these values. We embrace all athletes, from serious players seeking high caliber play on our championship-winning varsity teams to novice athletes eager to develop new interests and skills. And, at all levels of competitive play, we encourage good sportsmanship and respect for teammates, opponents, coaches, officials, and spectators.

CSW’s interscholastic sports teams participate in the Massachusetts Bay Independent League (MBIL) and the Independent Girls Conference (IGC) under the umbrella of the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council (NEPSAC). In recent years, our Boys' and Girls’ Varsity Basketball, Boys’ Varsity Soccer, Boys' Tennis, Ultimate Frisbee, and Cross-Country teams have all won their league or conference championships. In 2009, our Boys’ Varsity Basketball team won the NEPSAC championship title for its class. Our Ultimate Frisbee A-team has ranked in the top 10 in New England and often competes in multiple weekend tournaments each season.
