Ultimate Wins Close One Against Gann Academy

The team headed to divisional rival Gann Academy (Defending MBIL champions) for a big game on Monday 5/1. Gann has a had a tradition of being a very skilled and athletic team and their reputation held up. From the first point, they showed their athletic prowess and energy with huge plays from all players. CSW was able to capitalize on some errors and take a 4-1 lead to start the game. Gann was able to convert on a string of their own and took the lead 5-4. The team got together and made some adjustments to their game plan and was able to take back the lead going into half 8-7. The rest of the game was a chess match and CSW was able to make it to game point 14-11. Gann kept their high energy and scored a few points in a row to make the score 14-13 until CSW was finally able to use chilly offense to score the game winner and take home a big divisional win 15-13.
