CSW Boys Outmatched By BISB
It was a sunny but extremely windy day which prevented the CSW boys playing their best. We missing Jared and Miles in the lineup to make a better challenge.
#1 Singles. Captain and Junior Pharrell played against a club player who plays year round. Although he tried to keep up with the opponent's consistency and virtually no weakness, he lost 0-8.

Singles #2, sophomore Julien debuted as new CSW singles player this season with against another experienced player who has a lethal fast serve and very consistent forehand and backhand. Julien tried different tactics to find his weakness but lure him to the net to no avail.

Junior Tristan played his first singles ever for our varsity the team. With limited experience compared to opponent, the

Doubles #2 Sophomore Sebastian and Freshman Abe paired up for the first time as partners against a more skilled team. It was good experience for both that will help them for future matches. They lost 0-8.
GLOBAL SCORE: 0-4
Doubles #1 Freshman Ryan and Senior Harvey made a hard fought match where they were leading to 5-4. They remained calm and played their best to match the opponents' changing tactics and intensity but couldn't hold the lead to end 6-8. It was a great match from them.

Today's match gave the team a look at where they can be in the next few years, playing against a strong team filled with highly skilled individuals. This experience will carry the team to grow to become more prepared in the future.
