Beyond Walls CEO and Founder Joins us for Assembly
This week, founder and CEO of Beyond Walls Al Wilson joined us for assembly. Beyond Walls is a non-profit that introduces public art, curated experiences and outdoor museums into the fabric of communities by partnering with local community members and experts to design, produce and manage collaborative projects and programs. Lynn, is one of the communities that Beyond Walls brought public art installations to.
Last September, La Sociedad and Spanish Club partnered during Hispanic Heritage Month to bring a group of students to view murals created by several Latinx artists from all over the world. They then enjoyed a delicious Venezuelan meal at Los Chamos, a local restaurant.
Al Wilson will be joining our students on the next trip to Holoyke in the spring where they will visit more murals and eat more delicious food.

Model UN Students Attend Conference at Brown University
The CSW Model UN team recently traveled to Providence, Rhode Island, to participate in a conference hosted by Brown University. While on College Hill, students were tasked with brainstorming solutions to some of our country's — and world's — most pressing issues, including corporate tax evasion, nuclear disarmament, artificial intelligence weaponry, human rights, and global epidemics. Beyond committee sessions, students forged new friendships with delegates from other schools, experienced life on a college campus, and enjoyed Providence's delicious food scene!Read More -
